Boxing Girls is the sports club of the non-profit Sisters in the Ring, based in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean. The club offers English boxing classes for women, both recreational and competitive, as well as fitness sessions. Our mission is to make sport accessible to all, and to strengthen self-confidence, well-being, inclusion and equal opportunities through sport. Alongside training sessions, we organise workshops for women and mothers focused on well-being, health, nutrition, parenting and personal development, in order to foster social connection and personal growth for everyone.
