Jogging is a physical activity consisting of running a certain distance on foot at a moderate pace. The term jogging is taken from the English language, where it refers to running at less than 10 km/hour. A “jogger” is someone who exercises in this way. Jogging can be a leisurely physical exercise, taken up with the aim of improving or maintaining physical condition (fitness), lifestyle and well-being. Faster speeds are often referred to as running (FR).
